Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened test strips, lancets, and used devices cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glucometerwala.comwith photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or UPI after we collect those details.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
